simple question: will a Response Trigger work on a tippy 98c with a Low Pressure Kit?

Not very well unless you call tippmann for the low pressure rt hose and fittings.

that is an awsome gun if i were you i would get an e-bolt b/c then you would have a VERRY kickass tippmann

WWAYYY better than rt

(oh and if you take off your rear sight it would look much better also)

unless you call tippmann for the low pressure rt hose and fittings. But once you get the LP hose and fittings the LPand RT combo can rock. One of my regulars uses a 98 c w/ LP and RT. He usually gets 17bps unless he's getting low on air. The key is tuning. The best way to do this is to back your side velocity out til it is flush w/ the inside of the power tube. Then turn up your reg til your gun cycles well and tune your RT so it kicks back how you like. If the Rt doesn't kick back enough up the reg pressure. Now load up some balls and test fps over a chrono. You should be shooting hot but this is good. It means you are getting plenty of air pressure to your RT. Finally screw in your side velocity screw to lower to wanted fps.
