We were playing 9on9 in the woods by a river. It had came down to me and 2 players vs 7. We were waiting in some brush to try to get the jump on them since we were seriously outnumbered. We saw some of them coming our way so i hit the deck.

A few seconds later i heard some buzzing but i ignored it. Another few seconds later i felt something in my hair and in my mask... i looked down and was staring right into a yellow jackets nest and they were pouring out of it straight into my mask.

I screamed (like a man... yeah thats it) and ran around like a little girl while they stung me in the face and got wrapped up in my hair while stinging me. Of course i gave away our possision in the process, the entire enemy team came down on us... i could care less though.

Somehow one of them managed to get into my goggles so i decided to risk it and i ripped off my mask and threw it. I quickly became dizzy and my vision blurred horribley as i wondered through the woods when i saw my last team mate running, when i looked back i saw about 5 people charing at me so i stummbled towards a tree that was about an inch wide... Paint quickly covered my body but i didn't think to call my self out because i was soo dazed. I started shooting in all directions until they were right on me shooting the hell out of me.

About 5pills of tylenol PM later i was asleep by 3pm. when i woke up though i found 3 dead bees still in my hair with their stingers in me. Can anyone top that as their worse paintball story??

Well, the same thing happend to me, sorta. anyway, we were playin 3 on 3 woods ball, and it winds down to 2 on one, but I was out. The one dude goes to the edge of the boundary for a sneak attack. we were all watching from a distance. Just as soon as the one dude is almost in position, we hear "AAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!! BEEEEEES!!! THEY BURN!!!!!!". He had stepped into a ground wasps nest, and they came out and were stinging like crazy. He ended up getting out, but afterwards, we went rambo on the bees, releashing all our paint on them, chucking rocks and sticks, and even running and trampling the nest. It was fun, but it hurt a lot.

i had to use a pump backup pistol that was designed to shoot balls of deer urine because my gun stopped working the entire day. Of course i didn't use urine but i might as well have been because i was using brasseagle. Obviously that didn't turn out to be a very fun day...

I just got a model 98 and i have a flatline on it and i didn't tighten the screw to hold the barrel on and in the middle of the war (speedball) my barrel shot out of my gun and i had to run and get it but i couldn't get it to stay in and 4 people had me pinned down so the ref felt sorry for me and called me out.

The first time I ever played I used a BE Tigershark pump, at a speedball field where full auto was allowed. It hurt real bad.

In a woodsball game a few years ago I was usin my vm68 which was set up to be pretty tight, great for close quarters recball. Anyway, ran from the house on one end of the field to a barn about mid field off to the side which had some awsome sniper holes in it.
I got in there went to clear the door and get behind a few hay bails, slipped on some loose hay and went down jamming my barrel into the ground thus ramming my tank into my armpit dislocationg my shoulder.
That was by a longshot the worst thing thats happened to me playin paintball.

Well,

I think I got this one pegged.

I was stationed in Germany at the time...

Our base had an old training range back in the forrest. We had gotten permission to use it so we set up a field.

after the brush was cleared we discovered the "small hills" were really the tops of old WWII bunkers.

We soon found the rooms inside and started playing in them.

there were 3 guys in this thing holding the right side. I caught a guy trying to sneak around so I figured I'd go run outside and catch him by surprize.

I was hauling *** toward the door. when every thing went black.

I came too with my goggles cracked, my gun and paintballs were all over the place and I felt like my neck had broke. (I later found out I was too tall for the short door jamb) and I ran into it with the top of my forhead-full sprint!!!

. I was rushed to the hospital given 9 stitches and I was in a neck brace for 6 weeks. I still have the scar and my neck still isnt right to this day!

moral of the story-dont borrow other people's gogg's-use stuff you are comfortable with.

oh, keep your head down.

'damn the welts full speed ahead!"

it was the last time i played with my bushy and i was stoked to hit the field and use it. i get to the field, air up, chrono, everything was looking good. then my gun just stopped firing . . . it was working off and on all day i was mad that i had to use a rental tippman when i had a sweet bushy sitting on the bench. then there was a magzine photographer (crossfire magazine) there taking pictures and the pictures he took of me were with the rental gun  . . . ah well it was still paintball and was still fun . . . woulda been more fun with my bushy though. ;)
