Hi all.
I remember seeing someone making an a5 look just like the mp5k which is what i wanna try doing my self (minus paintjob)

He had the identical stock on his A5 and wonder where he got it from? Anyone know where i can find a stock like this?

http://www.fadedempire.co.uk/centrepoint/blog-pics/mp5k-2.jpg

Greatly appricated if anyone knows... Im looking everywhere.

OPSGEAR has really close to that stock even the mag clip which is great! but is there otheres out there or thats my only pick? OPSGEAR is cool becuase even though they dont look perfectly identical they work perfectly for the A5 becuase its made for it.

I dont get why they dont make a smaller hopper for the A5? I still dont get why they dont make it for standerd markers as well. I mean I always buy my paintballs by the 100 when i play so why cant they make one with no more then 110?

Smaller is always better for equipment. I see sites makeing bigger then 200 too. WTF damn you trigger happy kids.

Ill be the first to buy a cyclone 100 hopper, and should start making hoppers smaller not bigger for paintball becuase this is getting out of hand. Also magazines should start being the next step for new markers.

well you obviously dotn play speedball ... or woodsball ? because the more paint you can carry the better ... if your into scenario games then they have a cap that goes on top of your cyclone and i think you can hold liek 35 paintballs or something ... look ... http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.322764/sc.22/category.34/it.A/id.2449/.f

They do.

And most people dont buy paintballs by the 100 because its more expensive that way.

I played speedball once and never played woodsball. Even so I personally think its lame, Its so funny how speedball is considered pros for paintball but comparing to real tactics thats PURE spray and pray panzy style. Big balls to play speedball though so cheers to you people. Just not my cup of tea.

I was actually just looking at those and interested in picking up to make at least 40 balls. Ready have a shopping list.
Those hopper things
remote line
stock - cant decide if i want Ak47 look or keep the mp5k look. SO HARD
AK47 barrel or flatline for the mp5k look.

They make hoppers called Tac-Caps that fit onto your cyclone, they can hold anywhere from 30-50 paintballs...Its mostly for scenario play though.

~Whoops...someone already said that.........

i just play your typical indoor paintball.
One thing i noticed about these custom stocks that they are not positioned right. They are way to straight when they are actually supposed to bend down.

I really starting to look at pulling the ak47 look since its such a bad ***.

Do not run your A5 off a 12 gram. You will get horrible efficiency and be changing every minute.

Remote coils work well, if youre into that kind of thing. I prefer the tank on the gun, but its all preference.

Opsgear is probably your best bet. I put together a scenario 98c using their parts. {click the following link for pictures.}http://community.webshots.com/album/538151642oDaKWa

I agree that it is spray, but not completely. There are real tactics in speedball. I had the same opinion you had about speedball until I saw a team practice. I never imagined these guys used teamwork and strategy.
You have front, middle, and back players (# of positions depend on team size). The backmen keep lanes clear and sit back emptying rounds on everyone else. The middleman, usually one, sits in the middle, of course, and calls out opposing positions (some back players do this to). He/she also keeps tabs on who's out. The frontmen sit up front and well, unload.

Whole lotta lov

i dont think you should be rushing to buy a marker if you have only played once, play a few more games with rentals or borrow a friends marker also, the mp5 setup would'nt work so well in indoor pb, because you want to be as tight to the bunker as possible and if you run remote (theres a hose connecting your airsource to your back) it would get in the and you wouldn't be able swap hands and if you had air on gun the stock would be pointless and just get in the way

Thats a really good point Whole lotta lov. I always asked what the downside of having a remote line and people say theres non. There is one and its you cant switch shooting hands! Sure you can keep the hose loose so it can be done but then you have the chance of getting caught in something. Wow thanks, never thought about that.

I never said i played paintball once. I probably played 10 times. All indoor.

You sound like a noob to me. Just see if you like paintball first. You have only gone 10 times. In a year or two, if your still playing, buy all that stuff. The probability of your A-5 sitting in your closet collecting dust in 1 month is about 70%. I've seen many kids buy a bunch of gear, then put it away after they go paintballing 3 or 4 more times. Its just not worth it if its never going to be used.

Anyway if you do buy some things for your A-5, dont buy BT stuff. Its mostly made out of cheap plastic and poor quality metal. Get OPSGEAR.
