Ricochet Help!

My ricochet is messed.

First off, sometimes the "tab" that detects if balls are passing, counts balls, and tells the ric to agitate, sometimes doesn't detect the balls. then the balls uptop just jam. and i have to shake it to get it to feed again. then it happens again.

Second off, the feed neck broke. my friend slid into a bunker, and the feed neck broke!:mad:

Ok.....is there a way to fix the first problem? and would ricochet replace the body. i've heard of people saying that they replace broken bodies.:|

i hear they have good customer service. i hear about them replacing bodies alot.

yes i am sure if you talk to the company they will replace the shells for you . . . as for the tab, i am not sure, i have never had that problem. i would tell them about it and just send your hopper to them, they will probably fix it and return it.
