What is the difference between a remote w/ quick disconnect, and a remote w/ slide check? Which is better? Thanks, Jay

well a quick disconnect will do just that...say you wan to get a soda or something...gonna take the gun with you too??? did you turn off your air??? pull on the slide check and if it doesnt budge then you didnt....a slide check will not move if there is pressure in the reomte....if you want both there are remotes with both these things...i believe aci makes them along with others.....or you cam make your own...just buy the parts seperately

acutally correction..the slide check will drain the air in the remote for a disconnect

it only lets the air out of the gun. not the remote. i have one and use it all the time. and its handy to have so you dont have to drain the hole remote.

ok...i stand corrected..ive been reading other psots and some say it drains the gun and others the line....since you have one ill believe you...so basically the remote can sta charged while changing guns?

Yes. i use mine for when were standing around talking so i can put my gun down between games. that remote holds alot of air and i dont like to waist air.
