Pre-Ordered Rat today

HOO HOO ... I preordered a Bluegrass Rat today from FOM himself. I can't wait. I decided to hold off on vision and get a full freak set. now I've just gotta find a way to explain the $800 charge to my wife.:eek:

the difference is color ... Cave is Black, Bluegrass is Blue.

You have a choice of mods with the Rats, bolt, vision, freak insert (comes with one, you pick the size, unless you go for the whole set), a couple of chips (tourny legal, full auto).

For the price, I don't think you can find a better impulse.

just to set the record straight, I pre-ordered the marker ... FOM won't charge my card until the marker arrives in his shop and is ready for shipment. He's DA MAN!

I was wondering about that, whether or not they charged you right away. And just to be clear you got both the rat and the full freak set for a total of 800 right? I thought it would be more since the rat itself is 700 and the full freak is usually almost 200. thinkin about getting the vision myself.

all RATS come standard w/the freak and one bore. you have the option to buy the rest of bores and case for and extra $100. well worth the money. i have a pre-order on a rat on speed and full freak. the same marker but high polish silver clear coat w/matching i-frame :) can't wait to get her. cost more than the average rat, but will be shooting the fastest trigger ever made.

what internal or mods did you buy w/the RAT?

I got the standard Rat package, no fancy upgrades. Blade, voodoo delrin bolt, VFF, max flo vert reg, no vision ... I've been lusting for a Rat since Killer Kat and Wolvie gave me e-paintball's URL (www.e-paintballoutlet.com).

100 for the rest of inserts really is great deal. I guess i should swing back that way since i dont even know if i really need a vision yet.

I haven't played at FPC in a while, I normally go to Thunderbay. I'm an occassional Ref there. I wear the yellow Raven Ref jersey and shoot a black Piranah (I'm the Low Tech non-tourny player ref).

I had e-paintballoutlet run my credit card today, so my pre-ordered Rat is all paid for. Wondering though, Johnny or FOM, if anyone knows when the Bluegrass Rats will be in? I guess you could say I'm anxious.:wink2:

FOM isn't sure how much it will be yet. he has to wait on smart parts. will be more than the other rats do to the i-frame and vision as stock option.
