I just wear a t-shirt under mine. I've seen someone play speedball with no shirt. :laugh: I'm serious.

On cold days I wear a t-shirt under mine, on warm days I just wear the jersey. It doesn't really matter how you wear it. You can wear it with a pair of neon-pink suspenders if you want to.

i usually just wear a short sleeve shirt under mine, its more comfortable that way.

I wear a sweater under my jersy to absorb the impact a bit.

hahaha ive been rambo b4. if u can take the hit(im a lacrosse goalie, so i dont feel those little stings:rolleyes:) then by all means do what is most comfortable. but if ur just starting to play id suggest to wear layers so u can get used to it gradually. so u dont become afraid of the incoming fire. in war, they tell you to accept ur death, and u will become a better solder. kinda tru in paintball. dont be afraid. unless u have a condition(like the one were u can bleed to death from a paper cut, not sure of the name), then just go with what works. personally, no shirt hurts alot. escpeccially in the nipples. my nipple has been all hard and rigid since then(half a yea ago!). doctor didnt say anything to worry about so i just have permentally hard nips:P
