Help removing power tube and valve

I unscrewed the power tube bolts because I am going to paint it. I dont want to mess anything up, is the power tube supposed to take a little strength to get out?

wait, why do u need to paint the power tube? noone can see it.

I figured it out. And no, i was removing the internals so I could paint the body of my marker.
