Anyone with ACT?

anyone who has the new act tippmanns.......are they good.........do you need a better hopper if you have a custom pro e?

okay since like no one has this new ting from tippmann does anyone think its a good idea or have seen someone with it........do you suggest i'd get a hopper to go with it or will the act system make it so i dont need a faster hopper.......so yah post me info.

A faster hopper is always good but w/ the new act system you shouldn't have chops even w/ a stock hopper. Just a lot of dry fires if you have a pro e and a stock hopper. So to unleash your pro e get a faster hopper the act is a bonus. Also I have yet to find where to buy the act system.

Yes you will want a faster hopper b/c the gas still has e-nuff power to break a ball every now and then it's not eye's it's anti-chop it only strongly reduces your chances of breaking a ball.... so get a faster hopper

ok and another question...is the stock barrel good its different on it now. cuase i wont have ebouph money for a hopper and a barrel....which should i get first?

stock semi id get the new barrel. a new barrel is always cool. but if u have some kind of upgrade that improves speed then a new hopper would be a good up. but either way a good new barrel is always awesome

ok but this gun will get up to 25-30 casue of the WAS board...so and the barrel is 11 inch stock.....the gun has act so no chopped balls but i will be firing blanks every once in a while....cause i will have stock hopper...if i get a barrel..so now answer my question.

well... it's the same barrel as the custom pro

so it's " OK "
and i like i said you WILL occasionally break balls

and if you are getting a electro hopper get a center-feed also b/c the stock feed neck drastically reduces the speed of a hopper

get z boarded eggy with center-feed 21-22
Halo b with center-feed 22 Bps MAX
or QEV'd cyclone 22 Bps MAX

you could go without a new barrel for a while the stock is OK
it's really similar to the tippmann werks barrel

yah i was gonna get a egg....so thats 1 for the egg and 1 for athe barrel. more opinions please

make shure you get centerfeed or your egg will be slowed down alot
and if you ge tthe z boarded egg it will help alot too
also the barrel is really up to you b/c you will eventualy upgrade it anyway

get a Zeggy, centerfeed if you want, really doesn't do much for me.
(If the breech is on the side, like on the tippmann, how does a centerfeed help? seems like it would just make the paint have farther to go...)

well i have a Custom Pro E and with act i went out shot turbo and never broke a ball with a hopper feeding only 10 balls a sec and im upgraadeing to a Frontman hopper is that a good choice i only have 55 for a hopper. and to anserw your question on ACT it works great on mine. so the ACT does work. i would get a hopper before a barrel just because hoppers are second on most important upgrade in a fast gun i think.

stock feedneck there is a turn is slows the balls dow even with a force feed loader

and they both go about the same lenth

like i said it is the EXSACT sam barrel as the custom pro has
it is an OK barrel it is a lil less accurate than the tippmann werks barrel

dont make it your first upgrade make it your 2 or 3

ok cool....ive never used a basic custom pro so i wouldnt know.
