My b2k4 had pretty big shootdown the last time i played with it. Its pretty much stock. Is there anything i can do to fix it, aside from replacing the reg? Would relubing the gun help?
Btw it only happened at above approx 10 bps

Relube the gun and check the o-rings.

What kind of reg do you have on it right now? The stock one have really poor quality control. However you can take it apart and try to rebuild it, that help from time to time.

Some people have had success with rebuilding the stock reg. However sooner or later you will need a new reg. You can find a used cp reg for 40 dollars or a used aka sidewinder for 60 dollars. PM me if you need help searching for one. Used reg are usually better than new one, in most cases, since the previous user already break in the reg for you (it perform more smoothly).

you could buy a brand new evil detonator off of actionvillage for like 50 bucks. its supposed to be the 2nd or 3rd best reg out there. evil has real good qc too.

Thanks for the help so far guys. I took apart the reg and relubed the o rings and cup seal, but im not sure of the right way to put it back together, and i dont wanna screw anything up. Anyone have a guide on reg disasembly/reassembly? Im not sure which way the cupseal goes back in, and which way the little brass piece goes

If you still have the stock reg you may want to look into an aftermarket one, you dont want shootdowns happening while your playing, and unfortunaltly i dont know which way the cupseal goes in.
