Whats a bottom line for?

What is it for? All i can think of is it balances your gun better and makes a lower profile.

That's pretty much it. It's also useful if you want to put a butt-plate on your CO2 tank for a stock.

i find my gun balances easyer without a bottom line and personaly i prefer my marker without ibe which is why i use it with the co2 sticking out the bottom one. if i ever got one id stick a drop forward on it because i dont like the co2 comming out the back

Comfort is essential. If you are comfortable holding and shooting your marker, then it was worth getting there despite the downsides.
