The Core Pro Series Slayer?
Those are some pretty freaky barrels. But how in the world could they work? I mean, turning the end of the barrel or the ball being shot through berrings doesnt seem like it would be as consistant in bore size as a one or two peice barrel. I mean, i can see how different inserts could work but, cmon! Twisting the end to change bore size! That just sounds crazy!

Maybe its just to easy for me to comprehend.

although I'm not at all convinced it would or does work, I gotta propose this-

If the barrel "flexes" through the use of bearings, it could conform exactly(well, as much as possible) to each and every paintball.

just a thought.

I agree, but its only at the first part of the barrel.

the Slayer SA is awesome. It uses 8 bearings in teh barrel to match any size paint. Its extremly high quality too. in a test from 90 feet, 6 differentkinds of paint were put in a hopper and shot through the Slayer SA and hit a coffee cn every shot with the occasional miss. Ive shot it and know the people who designed it and make it. I would get one but there not made for cckers though they are working on it. i own a Slayer though its the same barrel just not self adjusting, and its great too, 3 inch grouping from 50 feet. Its only $60 to, its awesome as well.

where can you get that barrel? and does anyone knoe anything about the empire twisted barrel? i saw it at 888paintball.com

you can get the Slayer and the Slayer SA from www.paintballonline.com (they call the Slayer the Excalibur on there though) look under barrels then core series OR you can get it from the manufacturers website at www.customcylindersintinc.com they havet updatd their site in a while so the priceson ter wil be high,but if you call to order them theyll tell you the actualprice of them.
