promaster problem

i cant seem to get my promaster of maybe 11 bps and i have no idea why. i have my dwell set at 8. any ideas guys?:confused:

set your regs and everything lube it up and see if it is and internal prob. other than that maybe you just got SLOW FINGERS LOL
