What should I do

I have never played the game of paintball yet, but I am planning on playiing this summer with some friends.

Here is my question: (to long for the poll question box) Should I spend alot on a good gun that won't need upgrading right away (bob long millenium spyder) and take the chance of not liking it or spend alittle (compact spyder 2000) and end up liking spend lots to upgrade.

If you are going to a regular field, I would advise that you rent a gun before you go out and buy one. If you are going to be playing Outlaw, then get a Spyder compact or 2k, and see if you like it. You can get a compact for around 100...

i got the compact2k for less than $90 from xpaintball.com and i love it, upgrades dont really cost that much and i think ud spend maybe $100 extra for new smart parts progressive barrel and expansion chamber

I would either try them out by renting them or get the compact and upgrade it
