Ion. It's only $200 now. You can get it at www.actionvillage.com and many other places.

well if you are looking for speed, don't get the prostock (mech marker). i have seen the ion once or twice at my local field. the ion can work well if you upgrade it right (qev, etc.). i haven't seen either of those Diablo's in action yet.

Diablo's aren't known for reliablility.
Imp Man- A Black Heart board won't fit or work with an Impulse.

Ion's are known for crapping out alot. Wrath's are faster stock, and have better stock parts. Given it's a FASOR, it'll have a small vibration when it fires, but is overall very smooth. The new LTD's are unreal. Super small, super light, ultra fast, stock PSP legal ramping, tephlon bolt, the works.
Although ion's can be found cheap, they are cheap for a reason. In the world of paintball you always, always get what you pay for. Never forget that.

I have been reading up on ION's alot; around a year or so  , I never did get around to saving up enough money for one. But most of the breakdowns you see are due to abuse of the solenoid or boards, as long as you treat it with care while it's opened up an ION should last as long as any other marker.
