How do I oil my gun???

I don't know how to oil my gun. I heard it is important, So can someone help me out and tell me how to oil my gun. And what can I use to oil it.

okay first off what gun do you have? if its a spyder.....take out the bolt, and just oil up the bolt with paintblal gun oil. gold cup oil is what i used with my guns before i got my impulse. it works fine and doesnt eat up o rings. also put a 2-3 drops of oil in da asa and gas it up and fire a few shots. DONT do this if you have a regulator on it.

with an m98, put a 2 drops of oil on the hammer after u cock it back. then undo the elbow by pressin down on the sight, and then put 2 drops on the front bolt. then like the spyder, put 2-3 drops of oil in the ASA and gas it up, fire a few shots. dont do it if u have a regulator.

i take EVERY part, nut, & bolt out and lube em' after every day i play with it

Make sure you do this without the barrel attached, unless you want an oily barrel ;)
