Are there any upgrades that I should get for my 06 Cyborg, that would improve performance?

None really. There arn't even that many upgrades for the 06 Cyborg because, truthfully, none are really needed.

Sonic or VP Clamping Feedneck if you prefer allen wrenches over Claw
Lucky Air Assist Valve. There have been a couple reviews saying how it's improved the gun and a couple saying how it didn't really do anything.
PBK Trigger. May help you shoot faster depending how you like your triggers.

Then there's things you COULD change but I wouldn't really recommend it. Gladiator HPR and Matchstick barrel. Both are great products and I would leave them as is unless you have a brand / product you're very loyal to.

I would just change the feedneck, I wasn't a fan of the claw. It didn't seem to have a tight enough hold in my eyes and I'm rather happy with the VP no-rise feedneck.
A trigger would be based on feel, I've been thinking of a PBK scythe trigger only because I like the feel of them better but I can walk with the stock trigger fine. And I'm waiting to hear a bit more on the lucky valve before I get it, it's not that much thankfully but if it works right you can lower your lpr by about 10 psi or so.

Don't get the lucky valve. I'm not sure the improvement is worth 40. Your money is better spent.

It's debatable if the lucky valve is worth it. If you want to squeeze every ounce of preformance out of your Borg it may be useful. Currently I don't see a need for it, it's more of a want.

doesnt the thing above the kid's avatar say that 'im getting an 06 cyborg'? at one time i said that too, but i wound up with an ion. WKS, have you already purchased your borg, or have you not?

Ion over a Borg? Wow... just... wow. That's a self burn right there.

I don't have it quite yet, that's why it says I'm getting it not that I have it. I should be getting it by the end of June at the latest. I also have an Ion, but i've had it for almost a year now. I just wanted to know if there are any real necessities that I need to buy once I get it.

PBK should be releasing lighter internals for the cyborg (ram and ram spring). Also, I believe there will be aftermarket bolts in the near future ("snake skin" bolt and also the shortened bolts in the ignition and xfighter$).

Once these new upgrades are released, then the lucky air assist valve will offer more benefits to the cyborg. Since most people using the air assist valve are still using all stock internals (aside from the valve), they aren't getting the full potential from the valve. The valve allows for less force to be used to open the valve. But using the same weight internals will still require a similar amount of force to get them to operate correctly.

Yep, just came out within the last week or so. So the big three now are Lucky valve, PBK Snakeskin bolt, and PBK lite ram kit. I'm guessing you could get the Borg to run around 40 psi on the lpr with all three, maybe 45 psi. I'm hoping for a big performance difference since I'm running it at 50 psi now and my dwell at 9. Another case or so I may drop the dwell to 8 and go from there; probably going to wait to get the big three in there though.

I received the PBK lighter ram/spring combo kit last week and played with it installed yesterday. There was a decrease in kick and I lowered my LPR a bit (don't have a ram gauge, so I'm not sure how much). I haven't messed with my dwell yet, but somebody on PBNation said he was running on a dwell of 7. I'm currently running a dwell of 9 or 10, so once I mess around with the dwell I'll probably get even less kick and better efficiency.

I don't believe that the snakeskin bolt has been released yet (it isn't in stock at PBK).

I have a lucky valve, but like many others (both with cyborgs and other markers), mine leaks. I have contacted lucky and they sent me a new piston, still leaks. PBK is supposed to be releasing their own valve in the near future. It isn't supposed to be a air assist/balanced valve, but a better flowing valve to compliment the lighter ram/spring. I have heard that it should work just as well if not better than the lucky valve, plus since it is made by PBK specifically for the cyborg, it shouldn't have any leaking problems.

Personnally I imagine that the lucky valve would work great on a cyborg, especially coupled with the lighter ram/spring. But, since I haven't been able to get mine to work short of it airing up with no leaks until I fired, I can't really comment on it. If lucky replies to my email(s) and can get my valve working, perhaps I'll find out. But at this point it would seem like I'll just be buying the PBK valve when it comes out and throwing the lucky valve away.
