lol
neve-, SSfreak, nice lpr, nicer reg than ion, quick release bolt, same effiecnay as ion, qlock, not a plastic feel

ion- 200 dollars, plastic feel, not so good stock parts
nerver is a much better gun than a ion
and is worth the extra cash

Adding to that, the Nerve (with the stock board) has less modes of fire, having only semi and rebound, but the board is capped at higher rates of fire than the Ion's board - 24bps for semi, 20bps for rebound. The ion board is capped at 17bps for semi and rebound, and 10bps for auto and 3 round burst.

The Nerve also comes with an Angle drop, and an on/off ASA, rather than the Ion's duck bill bottomline.

The only real advantages that the Ion has over the Nerve to my mind are the break beam eyes (the Nerve uses the reflective Vision system), and the fact that the spool valve design often kicks less than a ram operated marker. With the light weight bolts that are now so common for the ion, kick can be more or less eliminated.

In all other respects, and particularly in relation to quality, I prefer the Nerve, but the Ion is a great marker for the price.

exactly, the Ion and nerve performance wise will be similar...in my opinion the nerve is a higher quality marker just because of what it was made for and what upgrades are already on it, If we look into the past the nerve released at 1000+ dollars, it's a high quality marker, It was made for tournament play with haveing to upgrade. It's falling out was not because it malfunctioned in any way... Both are great i think for the price of the nerve you cannot possibly beat it, it will run with 800+ dollar markers, Don't let price fool you, the nerve was once that price, they are extremely good markers.
