Need the perfect settings.

Haven't yet aired up my new Nerve but anxious to get it ready for play. I have a Pure Enegy 68/45 high output but not quite sure what settings to put it at to achieve more shot count. And also how to adjust dwell? I know there are 2 buttons inside the trigger frame but which one and what does 30 chirps mean? From the bottom or top. I'm too lazy to look at manual. Plus I get better feed back from all you fine people. ( THE REAL PLAYERS) Thanks!

Press the lower button to reduce the dwell. When you get to the lowest setting, the board will chirp rapidly. Then press the top button and count up thirty chirps - that will then be the stock dwell setting.
