I have looked for an E-grip for a custom model 98. All i could find is "E-grip for Custom Pro and Newer Model 98's"
and the serial number must be like 836000 or above. However mine is like 3000000. Is there an E-grip for a old Custom Model 98? If so how much does it cost and where can i get it. Also, what the crap is an E-bolt for the Custom model 98 and is it the same as an E-grip.
Thanks a bunch

From what I understand You can not get an Egrip for the 98c. It is only available for the custom pro in the 98 series. I could be wrong but that is what I have been told. hope I am wrong because that would be nice.
Good Luck

Your trigger sear can tell the tale. The old 98 sear and grip molding will not fit the e-grip. However, the newer 98s have an A5 sear and updated molding. Open up your marker and check out the trigger sear. If it looks like the one below, then an e-grip will work with your 98.

You can pick up a WAS board egrip for as cheap as $60 if you shop around.
Oh, and an ebolt and an egrip are not the same thing.

a ebolt is a electronic bolt kit for the 98. a egrip is a electronic GRIP. the ebolt has a battery pack that sticks out where the cocking handle would be.
check tippmann forums here www.tippmann.com
or look on ebay for a ebolt for the 98
