probably your cup seal. or your low on co2. what happens when you cock the gun? does it go away?

YES i HAVE THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM
i purchased a RAS intruder without a chamber or hose, co2 just screws in the bottom
when i screw the 12oz co2 (which i purchased when i got the marker) in i can hear an apparent hissing out the barell...when i cock the gun, it goes away....
PLEASE HELP!

The most probable solution would be to replace your cup seal since its the number one cause of CO2 leaking down the barrel. Take it to a pro-shop and they will replace it for you for a small fee.

The problem with the cocked AND leaking gun is the cup seal. Buy a new one and fix it youeself. If the gun leaks but it is not cocked, you're an idiot, that's supposed to happen. When you fire the marker, it uncocks itself, and lets more gas in. Obviously, if ythe gun isn't cocked, it will let gas in.
I hope this answers your question.
