just for you newbies remember that skill and talent are built over time and if you want to be better than all you friends, when they have semi's get a pump ,sure you'll loss at first but if you can master the one shot one kill rule than you can have then beggin for mercy and then get a semi then kill there tails twice as bad
trust me if your amazing with a pump then think about how good you could be with a semi
skill and talent are built over time

You're a very smart lad. You don't nessasarly have to get a pump though. By fill the hopper to its half way point, you'll learn to use less paint also. But its still a semi. This way you don't have to get two markers in the end.

:) better yet, get a semi and a 45 round hopper, then later get a 200 round, same idea.

yeah thats a good point
but considering the fact that i learned with a pump(talon)
i thought i might pass the info on to the begginers
and well it worked for me
but keep playin
and listen to tool and skateboard:cool:

this is true in a way but some pump guns have more accuracy than semis. they arent a deal more accurate but they are a little. when you fire faster accuracy also goes down a bit. and the only good pumps cost between 120 and 300 so it is about teh same to get a semi. the best thing about a pump if your a newb though is that a bag of 200 can last you all day

yes, and no matter what people say, experience is worth more than any upgrade you can get! it doesnt matter if you have a sweet gun and you dont know the principles and skills of how to play the game of paintball, its more than running around and shooting each other . . . but you will get that later.

and macbuzzard, there is an edit/delete button on the bottom of your posts to fix when you post twice or if you need to add something or change or whatever . . . and i dont think the "oops" post was needed, but oh well

Thats tough to do cause newbies rather blast 15 bps instead of worrying getting blasted with 15 bps. Pump in there eyes is obselite.

pumps r fun. they contain special bragging rights:)
and pumps arent really more accurate. they just seem so(placebo effect) becuase ur first shot is measured first. u dont just unload like on a semi, u aim tight, and make it count.

its true... i made everyone in my team start off with pumps in pratice... it saves bullets/money and it helps u train to be more accurate... but then again we also have semis and elctros so its kinda hard... personally i started with a pump!
