First off I didn't know if this should go here or in the Canada forum so go nuts and move it if you feel its appropriate, not that I could do anything to stop you really...
Ok, I plan on ordering from xpaintball.com because I can't find a Canadian site with what I wanted, the site says shipping to Canada is 50$ due to tighter security since 911, so do you think that when UPS drops the gun off at my house I will have to pay another 50 buks for duty and custums or do you think the 50$ covers it?

you will get taxed on new goods.
on used goods, it's not as bad.
unlikely heroes has a huge list of products, just as many or more than most online stores in the states. try www.unlikelyheroes.ca
he also has some stuff that he doesn't list on the site, he's always updating inventory. catch him on icq, or PM him (mightyquack) and he will let you know
great guy. great store. great deals

Already tried he can only get 3 of it so I'd have to buy the other 2 as well.

Fifty dollars!!!! That's insanely high, bro. I just shipped to Canada for $7. Granted, the larger the package, the more it costs, but $50 is way too expensive. You will still have to pay duty and exchange taxes on top of the shipping. There are companies out there that can get what you need without the high shipping. I'd look around if I were you.

And... customs people will tear open the package and mess with your damn stuff! When I got my mask it had been opened a few million times and all messed up. The shipping package had been opened, so it wasn't the store.

I can't buy the 9-11 excuse for higher shipping prices to Canada. We ship to Canada every day and the price hasn't gone up. Taxes and Duties are extra, but it's usually based on a percentage of the total listed on the customs invoice, not a flat rate.

I tried to buy my starter gun, a Rebel marker on-line from the states and Customs killed me. They charged about $100 Canadian plus it was just normal UPS. Dont order from the US if you live in Canada. Go to canadianpaintball.com or unlikelyheroes.ca

you will have to pay tax on what you order, And a customs fee that will be what ever they feel like charging you. Plus 50$ to ship is insane. Customs will open and may damage any paintball stuff. They are always a pain if YOU a citizen order the stuff from the US. The way to avoid the hassle from customs is to go to your local paintball store and have them order your stuff. That's what I did, and I got my Tippmann unopened and in perfect condition. I still got charged extra for taxes but less of a headache it you a non-business order it.
The Liberals like the businessmen that earn them money so don't hassle them as much.

you said I can only get 3 and you need 5 what do you need?
Well first off that excuse is awful for a store. THere is no higher costs involved since 9-11. Well the prices went up around 1-2% because of a fuel tax increase but that was it. It does not work out to $50 US.
Holy crap you shipping alone will be $80 CDN
Plus you will still pay an addition 10% duty, 10% brokerage, and taxes (whichever are in your province).
I would say try and get it from Canada if possible man you are going to pay through the nose for what about 2 days faster service.
Why don't you get a Canadian store to order for you, it may be cheaper that way.

SCAM SCAM SCAM
BS ALERT!
There is no truth to that whatsoever, anyone that tries to tell you costs have gone up is going to pocket the difference. They're using a tragedy to profit. ULTIMATE EVIL. :pissed: Don't shop at sites that try and pull that BS!!
