What's a relaly good way to adjust your Lpr to get the right velocity. I have tried several ways but it jsut doesnt seem right? An whats a good psi to run with it Ive heard 150 but thats been to low. Also does screwing the lpr in or unscrewing it out turn up the velocity?

turning the NDz lpr in will make your velocity higher. i run my impy at about 140 psi but i have a different valve. try going up to 160ish pressure by adjusting your reg

screwing out the lpr turns it down.

As far as starting point... I'd say 160-175. If you get the NDZ rip valve, I'd say ~150

EDIT:
Make sure to combo with your dwell adjustments.

Set the input pressure, and set the LPR about middle range. Get near a chrono and prepare to "sweetspot." Start with as low of a dwell as you can go (and still be able to fire). Fire once, read the velocity, fire again, read, etc, etc. Keep doing this until there is no increase in velocity. Then step the dwell back down 1. You are now set on dwell. Adjust the LPR to establish the proper velocity. Test the dwell again, and you'll be set
