The solinoid is leaking no matter how i adjust the lpr and hpr the value screw is tight what should i do
the gun doesnt cock

is the leak really loud, or is it softer?
see if the screws that connect the solenoid to the manifold and the manifold to the gun body are loose. if so, tighten them, but be careful not to overtighten.
also lube your valve cupseal to see if that is contributing.
have you tried shooting the gun while this is happening?

I think that the LPR is screwed in too much, causing the relief valve in the solonoid to open, so as to not damage the noid/other pnumatics...So try lowering the LPR pressure
