Hi, Ive been debating wether or not to get a shocker 4*4 becuase of the air efficiancy. I live a good 45 mins. from the place to get the nitro filled. i have a few questions on the gun also please answer them. thanks.

1. if i buy that gun a 4*4 shocker 2002 and it comes with a regular on gun max flow, and i already own a 68 and 51 ci/3000 psi nitro duck tanks can i just plug them right in without any problem? the guy at my local store is being a D--K to me and says that you have to use the smart parts tank for that regulator. Also, becuase i live so far from the place, when i run out of those two tanks can i just take a 20oz on/off/ anti-siphon and put it right in the on gun regulator without doing anything?

2. Air efficiancy is BIG to me. If i own the 68/3000 and 51/3000 and i can put them on that gun and then go to a 20oz CO2 how many shots do you think i will get for all tanks combined? a case ?

3. What do i have to do to maintain the shocker to make it work flawless? how do you clean it? Where is the cheapest place to buy a 2002 4*4?

Thanks alot you have been a huge help so far!!!

Shockers are not the most efficient markers. They operate at a much lower pressure then most markers so they use a lot more gas to shoot a paintball. Due to new technology and marker design you can get other markers that operate on extremely low pressure and are very efficient, but the shocker is not one of them. And like I said in the other thread. If you don't get an on-gun regulator and it is built into the tank you will not be able to just connect a co2 tank . All air or co2 that you use on a shocker must go through a regulator that regulates the air down to 200 psi or lower or you will blow the solinoids. So if you are really concerned about efficiency you might want to look at another type of marker.
