What's a good way to get your valve out an clean it when you ahve an lpr? The old way says you can jsut romove hammer assembly an push it through but that doesnt work?

you still have to take the lpr off so you can push it THROUGH the back (which means push from the front, and pull it out the back--where the hammer assembly was).
A good LPR setup will have a quick disconnect elbow for the tubing, so it comes off easy.

Do you not need to take off the reg? And when you put it back in how do you know if its back in the right spot?

you don't have to take off the reg, but you have to take off the frame. You will need to access the valve retaining screw, and take that out. Then the valve will be free to move. You know it's back in the right spot when you can put the screw back into it.

You have a NDZ valve.
If I am correct, you don't have to clean it.
This is from their website:
"Revised - no internal o-ring to lube"

right, but you may still want to clean & lube the outer orings every once in a while (especially if it's been unused for a bit--they tend to dry out)

scroll up and I told ya where ;)
Also check online for a manual (if you don't have one). It's best to learn to do some things on your own

what in the world are you looking at? I don't think that's the right screw. You have to take the grip frame off first... then expose the valve retaining screw (which is a recessed allen head). Have you examined your manual?

leave it alone.
more can go wrong, then good
if you do not take it out correctly you will tear the o-rings.
trust me, I did it before.
an o-ring kit costs $15...
