It's liquid inside the tank.

It is dangerous to put co2 in a HPA tank, yes.

Without directly answering any of your questions, I am going to say STOP! And please, don't do it.

Maybe I read this wrong, but why would you want to put CO2 in an HPA tank?

ppl think about it because

HPA --> co2 Tank
-cheaper to buy a co2 tank and then fill it up with HPA

co2 --> HPA Tank
-HPA tanks come in fiber wraps also so it would be lighter

^^DANGEROUS^^
do not attempt or you lose an arm and a leg

I wouldn't just hypothetical and im thinking because i believe that co2 liquid remains liquid at 800 psi which way below the 3000 or 4500 that hpa tanks are made for.
