I know I need a Tippmann Vertical Adapter. But what expansion chamber / fore grip is that. I checked out Pyscho Ballastic Exp Chamber and it has only a hole in the bottom.

All responses appreciated.

That chamber is called the Intruder. I forget who makes it but if you do a search for it you're bound to find it.

I just found some info. I think that foregrip / expansion chamber is the Pro Teams one. It runs around 60 dollars at countypaintball. However does anyone know of any other foregrip with the slanted part so you can screw in your Co2.

Thanks Knowledge.

Nope, I think PTP is the only company that makes such a device.

I was also thinking of utilizing a set-up like this (either this or a remote system). If I went in this direction, the only parts I would need are the vertical adapter as well as the Pro Team Intruder Assault chamber? That's all?

EDIT: Just for the record, am I going to need to order a new steel hose for this installation, and if so, what size? Six inches? More? Less?

If I understand what you want to do, you shouldn't need a steel hose. If you are going to use a remote with the Intruder, you can just screw it where you would normally put the barrel.

Like Ace said, from what it sounds like you want to do (screw the tank/remote into x-chamber) you won't need any SS hose for this.

I was actually more concerned with the vertical adapter installation. I understand that the Intruder just screws right into the VA, but I didn't know if I'd need any hose or anything when installing the VA.

actually, you'll have an extra hose left over. The vertical adapter comes with a pipe that runs from the foregrip to the valve.
