i have a brand new b2k4, and the screw in the grip frame in the trigger guard came loose. there is no possible way to tighten it because the screw is in the gun or something. help

the head of the screw is inside the gripframe. to tighten it you have to remove the tray.

look at the bottom of your gun. in the 4 corners of the gun you should see 4 screws which connect the tray (the piece of the gun where the on/off switch is) to the body. remove those 4 screws, i believe they require a 7/64 allen wrench. carefully separate the tray from the body, making sure not to pull any of the wires. now if you look at the top of the gripframe from above you will be able to see the loose screw and tighten it.
