I found out my valve (in the volumizer) is leaking (BKO 2002). How do remove it to put a new one in?

you probably dont need a whole new valve in order to fix this leak. however, you can use this as an excuse to buy an aftermarket valve if you dont already have one.
remove the volumizer, take out the valve spring and valve pin. lube the valve cupseal (the part of the hat-shaped part of the valve pin which makes contact with the face of the valve) and reassemble and dryfire the gun a few times. if this doesnt work, you may need to replace the valve o-ring. you must remove the inline, then the inline ASA and LPR, the volumizer, the valve spring and valve pin, and then remove the tray and ram. now look at the bottom of the gun body, you should see a set screw right behind where the LPR would be. remove that screw. you can now remove the valve. tilt the gun forward, and put a pencil in the ram tube (eraser end first) and push the valve out the front of the gun. inspect the o-ring on the valve for damage. try picking up a new one at a hardware store and see if that fixes the leak.
if neither of these fixes the leak, you may need a new cupseal, which you can buy from ICD. however at that point I might recommend spending a bit more and just buying a new valve. Zenitram valves work great for pre-2004 BKO's like yours.
let me know if you need more detailed instructions for removing the valve, i just kinda threw those up there.
edit: here ya go, found them in the FAQ. they're for a b2k, but its almost the same for an 02 BKO. http://www.pbreview.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=218646
