how to oil gun with regulator

I am getting the JT Excellerator 4.0 which comes with a regulator. How do I oil the internals? I read about putting oil where you screw in the tank but I know you are not supposed to do it when you have a regulator.

You should be able to take off the x-chamber/reg and bottom line, then put 4 drops into the vertical air adapter, screw in CO2/air tank and fire about 10 times with no barrel/balls.

WOOPS! made a new thread by accident! this was in response to the guy with the JT excelerator and his problem with oiling with a reg, could ya move it?

not sure were you got your info from but ,your reg needs to be oiled aswell,place 3-4 drops in your asa/bottom line and with no barrel attached,dry fire 10-15 times then your done
