LP means Low Pressure. it means that they are going to be lowering their operating pressure of their marker. this will result in less strain on the marker and a higher shot per fill ratio.

not necessarily...

LP does mean Low Pressure, but it doesn't always mean they are gonna lower their reg's pressure.

It can mean they're gonna run off an LP Tank or their gun.Mostly higher end guns run on a LPR system, making the gun have less kick to it.Most people will run an HP tank on a LPR gun because sometimes LP Tanks don't always recharge enough leaving your gun hungry for air.

Chances are though if someone says they are going LP they probably mean their operating pressure of their marker. if they are talking about ther CA then yea they would be refering to their tanks preset reg pressure.

"I'm going LP"

theres no inference that leans more on operating pressure.i've seen many ppl in the air system forums or gun specific forums say whether to go LP or HP.theres a handfull that go for a tank's preset and a handful for the gun's pressure.
