While I'm not using my gun, should I take off the HPA tank? What about the 9V batteries in the marker and the eggy?

If you don't have an on/off ASA, disconnect the tank. This relieves pressure on boht gun and tank regs for extended periods of time. If you do have an on/off, then just shut the tank off from there. The batteries should only be taken out if it's going to be put away for an extended period of time. This is to insure that the battery doesn't corrode and leak inside the gun/egg. We're talking like, if you're not going to be using the gun for months.

Just a reminder if you do have an on/off and choose to turn off the gas like that make sure you vent the gas still stored inside the gun. ie dry firing in a safe direction

Hmm I know cell phone batteries and Ipod batteries and stuff will still drain even while they're turned off, but this isn't the case with the 9V's in the marker and hopper? I probably won't play with it until Sunday, and I don't want to take it out only to realize that all three of the batteries are dead...

the batteries will drain but reeeeeeeealllllly slowly i wouldnt worry about that as i have left my batteries in for quite a while and they stay good. you should always have an extra set with you just in case
