Can I run gun oil threw my gun?

first, what do you meanby gun oil? ifyou mean oil designed for paintball guns then yes. but if you mean gun oil like for real guns, then no. that kind of oil will destroy your o-rings.

for anyone else who reads this... now i usually oil my guns by putting a few drops in the asa and dry firing, but on the guage on the 4.0 it says "use no oil..." should i not put oil through the asa? i havent done it yet, i just took everything out and oiled it that way, but i dont want to do that everytime you know? got answers?

If it says "No oil" Or "Do Not Oil" then that's what it means. When I had my blow back marker I would remove the air line after the gauge (wanna be reg?) and work the oil into the marker air system that way. I believe it just the gauge itself that they don't want any oil in.

so... just take out the gauge then shoot oil threw it?

I called JT up and asked them that question since I had that same quesion myself. They said to just oil the bolt and striker and such. And do not put oil in that regulator!
