Are you supposed to have 2 ball dents? I have only one.

It's only the newer Impulses that are Vision ready (or Vision) that have 2 detents. Don't sweat it, I only have one and it works fine.

Aren't 2 supposed to make it more accurate? I just heard that on the matrix site, I have 2 of em.

2 is supposed to be more accurate because there is no side spin on the ball.

I believe that "side spin" is an unproven problem. Remember that the bolt pushes the ball past the ball detents THEN the air propells it.

yeah, Ive got one, and just a few minutes ago, firing at a tree, not really aiming, as it is dark here, I went and looked to see where my 5 shots hit the tree. 1 hit a branch about 1 inch to the right of the other 4, and the other 4 were almost right on top of each other. You dont get that good from not precision shots, its not like I was jumping around, but I didnt exactly have my arm in a vice either. The paint was 32 degrees competition, aobut 2 months old. Found it in a friends closet()well, he found it, but...) if ball spin from the detents is such a problem, it wouldnt shoot that well

the reason why a gun with 2 ball detents is more accurate is because they keep the ball more centered in the chamber.

I have a newer non vision and it has the 2 screws but only 1 with a spring.
No big deal?
