Is there anything else I need to buy? (aside from paint/paintholders/belt and stuff)
and are these stuff okay?
So I changed from Ion to A5 just because it ended up being cheaper since the ion didn't come with a loader.
And my only concern is the tank is 680 shots before refil good enough for at least 2 games it not more?
and how is the barrel?
Anything else I need to get before I make the purchase?

A Hopper might be a good idea. Something like an Eggy (Evolution II) or a Halo B.

oh whoops lol i forgot about loaders thanx for reminding me so I added an evo but I think it has too many features I don't need
I only need a loader to hold about 200ish paintballs and not chop up with my ion gun in ramp mode. I don't need that LED light and stuff. does anyone know a cheaper hopper w/o electronic stuff on it and won't chop/jam paint with my ion?

The Eggy is the cheapest you will get without getting many chops and keeping the BPS above 10 consistently. The LED is only as a Low batt indicator.

Contact RCXPaintball here on PBR. He may be able to get you cheaper prices than those listed.
Other than that, it looks good although I personally don't like Eggs.

any reason why you don't like eggs? is it too bulky or something?

Well, in my experience with Eggs, they feed slower than Halos or Reloaders and are flimsier. I had to replace the battery door and lid a few times. Now, the Egg will be a good match for the Ion if you don't want to spend the big bucks on a Halo or Reloader. It will keep up as long as you keep the Ion in semi mode, unless you have freakishly fast fingers.

also get a clamping feedneck (recommend ccm and NDZ), you'll have to sand your eggy down if you don't. and im sure you wouldn't want to sand down a new hopper.
are you rich or something?

The V-Force Profiler SE and the normal V-Force Profiler are the same thing, just the SE has the colors switched around. I thought you might not of known that.
There are better tanks than PMI. I suggest looking into Crossfire, Centerflag, and Nitroduck (best to worst, in that order.)
A clamping feedneck would be nice. CCM is great!
I would dish out the little extra and get a Halo B or Empire, just because I have seen people throw out money because they buy an Egg, than soon after, a Halo B. It happened to 2-out-of-2 friends.:| Also, some don't like the Egg because they are back-heavy, where the Empire and Halo B's wieght are centered on the feedneck.
P.S.- Have you gone paintballing before? Just because, I doubt you want to spend $600 and find out you don't like it.

I dont like eggys cause there battery door breaks sometimes. I love the look of halos also so I would buy one of those....its all your opinion though.

If you have the cash for a 68/45 I definitely suggest to get a crossfire tank instead of pmi. Also, look into a ccm feedneck for your gun. The stock one, is just crappy imo.

no im not rich i just work at roy's restaurants and lots of rich people and some celberties go there (they leave nice tips :D)
and yes I have been paintballing before thats why I'm buying all this stuff =P, I just got my first car so it's easier for me to go every weekend.
Okay so I found some tanks but I don't know the difference between these:
-Crossfire Fixed Phat High Pressure N2 Tank - 92ci 4500psi
-Crossfire Fixed Phat Low Pressure N2 Tank - 92ci 4500psi
And I was thinking of this one:
Crossfire Fixed High Pressure N2 Tank - 68ci 3000psi
Is 680 average shots long enough for a couple of games?
And I notice the Ion will be more expensive after getting a 100$ hopper w/ a feedclamp than the A5 so I'm just going to get an A5 instead

i thought the A-5 used their own hopper, due to the way they feed. i may be wrong though

The first tank has a high output pressure coming from the tank (around 800psi.) where the second tank has a lower output pressure (around 400 psi.) Also, 92 4500 tanks are huge, I would go to a store or field and try one out.
You would need the high output pressure one for Spyders, autocockers, tippmanns, and Ions to avoid shootdown with the Ion (after a long string, your velocity would drop) and re-cocking problems, where Angels, Intimidators (I think), Protos, and DM series markers use the low output pressure most of the time, because they have a lower running pressure.
The A5 uses it's own special hopper, you can't use a new one such as an egg or Halo B.
The Ion will be more expensive, but it is worth it. If you are struggleing with the money though, you could use anti-siphon CO2 or a used, cheap 50ci 3000psi steel tank. Here's a good setup.
Ion - $200
Halo B- $100
Cheap, used 50ci 3000psi tank - $50
V-Force Profiler- $70ish
Total - $425ish
That will work great for you if you are lacking in funds. For a clamping feedneck, you could take a hacksaw or dremel to it, make slits, then put a hose clamp on it. It works great.
I use a tank similar to the other one you listed (the 68 3000). It should have enough air for a few games. Just make sure you get a carbon fibre one, the steel 68 3000s are very heavy.;)
EDIT: I just read your edited first post again. The barrel is good, but I would suggest a 14 inch. There isn't an accuracy difference between barrel sizes unless you go below 10 or 8 inches and above 18 inches, where the accuracy goes down.

I'm pretty much doing the same thing as you kyin3....I'm buying all brand new equipment. I'm planning on buying an Evil Minion and an HPA tank. I gave away my old spyder to a friend cause I just didn't have time for it anymore. But, now that I've finaly got my car....I'm ready to hit the fields again!! Yay yaa!

Get a 68/4500 Crossfire High output tank if you are worried about amount of shots. But w/ an a5 680 will last more than 2 games.
Ion-$185
Halo B- $85
Crossfire 68/4500-$180
JT Proflex $50(Profiler $65)
SP Q-Lock- $30
530(570)
The a5 has the Cyclone as an included hopper but if you are going to be in speedball games the increased side profile is not wanted.

i would suggest saving a little longer and getting an Ion
