Read this - http://www.icdpaintball.com/Products/Bushmaster/bushmaster-air.htm

In other words, DON'T USE CO2! :)

No. If you can't afford to get HPA or N2 with your Bushmaster, get a cheaper gun.

You can run co2 with a good setup that would cost as much as a nitro tank.

ya (what july said) it COULD be done to run OK (not as good as n2) but it would cost as much as a small nitro tank and could still have problems . . . if you NEED to run co2, go for an impy.

If you already have a CO2 setup, or HPA is difficult to get where you live or play, CO2 can be used. I know several players (including myself) who have used it for years on their Bushys with no troubles at all.

You should read the above ICD link before you decide to use CO2, but it can be done safely. (A Stab and anti-siphon on gun, or even a Stab on remote.)

I have a bush I run on co2 only for 24 hour games (so I dont have to go fill as offten)

However, the rig is easy the price I put into my HPA system.

2 palmer stabs, one on marker, one ontank on a remote lead. Its not cheep nor is it easy to set up. Intire system requires constant fiddling and playing with.

I do NOT recomend this setup, not because it will harm the marker, it wont trust me on that. However it IS not a setup for the newbie or person who wants to just plug in and play.

My advice, put a palmer stab on the marker, and get a good HPA, even somethign like the bulldog or other ASA style tank should do. I also do recomend NOT useing the pure energy tanks, I found they just could not flow the air enough to keep the marker from shootdown.
