Please Help

today i put some gun oil in my my gun and Dry fired 20 shots (like i was instructed 2 do) but then my tank ran out of air and made the usual sound , but at the end i heard a wierd noise and i unscrewed my tank and could hear a loose piece in my Avenger when i turned it upside down my connecting pin fell out .... im getting my tank filled soon but it looks like the pin broke in half ... i dont know how ... could this make my gun not work ??? if my gun doesnt work then i will desperately need o find my recipt and return it for a new one but im not sure where my receipt is so i hope the gun is not broken .... this is a pic of what peice broke ... its called a connector pin ... will it affect my gun ?

ya its the thing that connects the bolt to the striker with out that the bolt wont move

Brass Eagle Avengers and Raptors are Noitoirious for this piece breaking. Your gun IS broken. It will not work, so take it back. If you cant take it back, order that part from your Nearest BE service center. I would suggest to take it back and get a spyder because the connecting pin in them very seldon snaps. A big reason why people bash the avenger\raptor is because this connecting pin WILL break eventually unless your lucky.
