What year Impulse is this?

Is there any way to tell the year of this Impulse? if so id like to know

that looks like a newer one (2004 or 2005), because the ones with shocker regs were made right up until the impulse was discontinued.

I believe that is a 2005 Impulse because the 2004 Impulse came stock with a Max Flo HPR.
