I need help!

I no this sounds redicolious but how do i remove my feedneck on my impulse!? Ive tryed and tryed but all ive done is gave myself blisters. Is there a screw or something i need to remove first! Please someone please help me!:crazy:

get a wrench and a cloth

Or, if you have a good vice, put a rag around the feedneck and stick it into the vice. Twist. Serve when ready.

Hold a lighter to the base. It will loosen the locktite, and should come off very easily after that.

Use a blow dryer on it for about 8-10 minutes, then unscrew with a strap wrench or grippy pad (or pipe wrench if you don't care about the old feedneck).
