If you are basing your question on preformanice, the VFF is the way to go. The VFF is , IMHO, the first best upgrade for the Impulse.

The front cap is basicly a change for Looks. Not a biggie. When we made our rat snoots, we did a "best guess" on the total volume. As it turns out, we were very close- and the instulationg of a small "tuneing disk" to use up a bit of that volume was all that was nessessary to bring the efficency back. The end result is we have seen slight veloicity increese with the rat snoot. But I would never try to sell you the rat snoot as a "preformance inhanicer". The increse in most guns is there- but realy the snout is "just for looks"
