In you opinion what Piranha marker should I get. Please consider quality, relability, value, and overall enjoymen. Chose between these.Piranha, Prianha EXT, Piranha EXT G2, Piranha G2, Piranha PRO, Piranha PSI G2, Piranha STS G2, Piranha STS G2 Titanium, Piranha VTL G2. Or is there a better gun out there. Something under 500

With the pro u'll never have to replace the grip frame, unless u turn it to electro in which case the stock grip frame alone is worth $80. It's got verticle feed which is far better then power feed, and as far as i know cannot be instaled on a gun that does not come stock with it. It's splash fade job is worth $60 bucks at my nearest pball shop. And although u can't tell from picture's i've compared and the pros stock barrel has bout an inch and a half mor porting then any other stock piranha barrel. In short it's the best gun pmi makes for a reason!!*

I like classic black, so I went with the sts g2. I wasn't about to pay that much for vert feed. Later I may go ELCD so I wasn't worried about the trigger. For the fade job, it is worth it to get the pro. Those are expensive, they cost almost as much as my gun. But if you get the pro, you get a good deal. If you want the fade or splash, get the pro. Otherwise get the sts. They are the same except for metal trigger and vert feed as far as anything effecting the performance, all else is personal preference. My buddy bought the pro because he had to have the metal trigger, then put on a Boo-yah e-lcd. He had to have classic black, he didn't want his marker to stand out. I just don't get it! He paid like 80 bucks for vert feed!

LOL! I was kidding, dude, I swear! I was in a bad mood because my paint marker came, but it had the wrong price and the ups guy had to take it back. I called them and they sent me a new one though for the original price. That and a football ordeal that pissed me off.

Hey Dan Halverson I'll sell you my Piranha STS G3. I ordered it from paintballgear.com (actually I ordered a g2 series but they gave me a g3 series for the price of a g2, pretty sweet). I've hardly ever used it either its a great gun but im leaning towards autocockers and planning to get one soon.

I have 2 friends that have STS G2's and they both suck. Another friend has a pro and it is accurate as a cocker. Whats up with this? I mean it shoots like a talon.

I don't believe that. The pro has the same internals as the STS. So as long as they have the same barrels, use the same paint, and have the same internals, they shoot the same. Don't go giving the STS a bad name because your friends have ones that "Suck". I myself am the proud owner of the STS, and I can safely say it works just as good as markers in the same class.

Well then, okay, we won't say that, but I have a cocker and Ive shot several different pirannhas and while they do not "suck" per say, I would not choose it over any other marker not made by brass eagle.

Tell him Joel ... The STS is a good marker. I own one also. I've never had any problem with it. It's mostly stock, except for a new barrel, X chamber and microline ... If I were getting another, I'd get the G3 Pro, not the one with the clear plastic barrel, that's too pimp for my blood. Come with some good mods stock, like Pure Energy Reg, drop forward and vertical feed. Sweet looking G3 markers.
