Tell me what you guys think. I played in a tournament not too long ago and we weren't playing good. It was the last game of the day and we weren't going to make the finals; by that point we were in it for fun:) . The team we played in the last game before the finals was going to the finals if they beat us. Well, we ended up winning with all of our guys alive and we got all the points. The refs checked me over and called me clean ( I hung the flag:D ). As I walked off the field I sat my gun down and talked to my teammates and then realized, "hey, there is someone arguing with the referee..." I go over there to the crowd and all eyes are on me. A bald dude was yelling that I had wiped a hit off of my loader as the ref was checking me, which I did not, because I'm not like that. Plus, how could I wipe when I wasn't hit. There was much said between the bald dude and the referee including "I saw him wipe!!!" to which the head referee responded " one of my refs watched him the whole time and said he was clean!!!" The ref that watched me said to the bald guy "dude, I watched him almost the entire time and saw he was not hit". Many words were exchanged, then something made it go a lot worse. Apparently the guy had yelled to check me to the ref and the ref didn't because, in the ref's words, "if we checked someone every time someone yelled to chekc them, we would check like 500 times a day". The bald guy remembeed this earlier comment somehow and told the head referee not to be such a smarta** , and I think he kinda got in his face. The ref simply said "BYE!!!" did a little hand cup wave thing. At this time the owner of the field told the bald dude "sir I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to return to your vehicle". At this point in time, I thought this bald guy was pissed enough to punch somebody. Finally he said a few select words to the owner and finally chilled out. I later found out the bald guy was the dad of a 9 year old kid my friend lit up that same game, but I don't feel bad cuz he was a lot better than a bunch of people, shot a PM6 and was fair game. He wasn't mad about that though. What do you guys think?
