i was thinking of an easy way to do this myself, and i think i got it...instead of messing around with the springs, im thinking about just rigging the actual trigger so that it doesnt go back all the way... 1st, cock your gun and see how far you have to pull until it fires and thus uncocks itself.. next, once youve determined where the trigger hits the sear, im thinking about putting something small next to the trigger at the top of the trigger in the little gap that is revealed when you pull on the trigger... follow me? heh probly not, but this will block the trigger from traveling back to its natural position, thus shortening the pull. is hard to explain, and im not sure what im going to use, im thinking, some glue and a small rubber block of some kind...

Got a pic? I havent even stripped my gun yet. Too much schoolwork. Also, does that soften the trigger pull or shorten it?

that would only shorten the pull cutting the spring would soften it.

yea it would only shorten it. but if the trigger pull is real short it doesnt need to be lightened. i havent done it yet, i just got monday, so im going to wait till after i play this weekend to see if it really bothers me... if its not that bad then it can just wait until the newness of the gun wears off.

doesn't appear to be any easy/reliable trigger job. tried a lot of different things but none seemed reliable and most will stop your safety from operating. wouldn't want to go into a game with pieces of paper clips or glued on extras in the internals of gun.
