View Full Version : I don't know why my rebel is like this...

I called 32 degrees today and they told me to send my rebel in or I could try to insert this "heli-coil" myself. (It goes under the body where the trigger frame goes in)

Has anyone had a problem like this before?

i would send it to 32*, they have incredible customer service, and they might even replace your gun entirely.

It is just that I think that if I send my rebel in to get fixed, I wouldn't get it back for a long time.

They said something like an authorization number from the place I ordered the gun. Do I need that? If so, what do I do to get it?

authorization number??? r u shure thats what they said? i sent in my gun for repairs not too long ago and i didn't need any number....

I think that is what they said. But I could be wrong. It was kinda hard to hear them on the phone. How long did it take you to get your gun back from them?

i fedexed mine to them, and, honsetly, it took them only 5 days for me to get it back all fixed. i would send it in.

I sent it UPS, and it took a week (some non shipping days in the middle)... and I'd defnately send it in.
also, you should e-mail them about any shipping it in... just explain whats wrong and ask them about sending it in (thats what i did) they'll send you an e-mail so you can read it until you pass out (and be absolutely shure about the details)

what's the customer service number for 32* the one on the site is for national paintball

The 32* tech support number is the same as National paintball supply's number. Use extension 109 for the tech support department.


TO LORQUAS:
What is their e-mail address? I sent it to one 32* address and they still haven't replied. I don't know if they didn't get it or not, but I sent it about 3 months ago.

I called them yesterday and said they are gonna send me the part, but if I can't get it in myself, I'd have to send it in. I am going to send it in anyways just to be sure.

if you go to http://www.32degrees.com/html/techmain.asp and read what it says, it gives you two e-mail addresses.... 32@32ice.com and tj@nationalpaintball.com . I e-mailed 32@32ice i think, but TJ replied... just check out that website:D
