JT Customer Service?

I have e-mailed them many times now about problems with my marker and even called them.. they sent me a new part which did not help at all.. if anything made my marker leak worse.. anyone else have problems with JT's customer service?

Yeah SilentTension, they're customer service isn't the greatest bud don't give up on your gun, it's so great.
