What is a regulator? I read some posts talking about expansion chambers and regulators. I understand how a expansion chamber works with CO2, But is an expansion chamber necessary for N2/Air? Also, I kinda understand the advantages of Low pressure, but what do you need to change on a stock gun to make it low pressure? This is a long question(s) so answer what you can, THANKS

Regulators will lower the pressure of a gas going into your gun, this will let your gun operate at a lower pressure. If you have a spyder or other similar "stacked tube blowback" you'll also need a change of springs to run low pressure. These shouldnt cost too much, just ask your local pro shop for LP springs, they'll know what you're lookin for. The benefits of LP are a quieter gun, less recoil, and most importantly, you'll have significantly reduced instances of balls breaking in the barrel. The reason for this being that the force pushing on the ball is applied gradualy, rather than being a sudden striking force as it is with high pressure. Some paintballs will not even work properly with higer pressure guns, because the shell is so brittle. I hope this helps
