I have been told that because they are made of carbon fiber stiffi's can shoot paint more forgvingly has anyone found this to be true

not necessary better but if you are getting barrel breaks they will self clean better than most. Also since its made of carbon fiber the bore size won't vary as much with temperature changes (like alumum barrels will).

No, Only thing I found good about my stiffi is that it's light and quiet. It shoots like any other good barrel.
