anywho, i was thinking of finally getting a 12revvy and maybe a low pressure kit in the future..

I had a low pressure chamber on my spyder but that didn't really help at all and I mean it.

He's talking about the kit to replace the internals in his M98. Low pressure chambers, or volumizers, really have little effect a Spyder's performance. The space between the valve and where the volumizer screws in is usually enough. The added space really isn't needed unless it's like a Compact. Extended volumizers are more gimmicks on most markers than anything else.

As for the LP kit, I haven't seen one in action, but it's supposed to give you all of the benefits of low pressure; more consistency, more gas efficiency, and quieter firing. Plus it's supposed to have less recoil because the hammer is lightened for the different valve in the kit.

One bad thing I've heard about the kit is that it makes your M98 rear cocking, but doesn't have a beaver tail.

Well, I believe it was AGD that did speed-photography of a high-pressure gun firing (meaning running at a 'normal' 800psi). They did this to disprove the low pressure theory. Because their testing results showed no disfiguration of the paintballs as previously theorized by low-pressure enthuziests.

However, it's still a fact that low pressure is required for some paint. Hellfire, Draxxus, Anarchy, et cetera. Because they are brittle shelled paintballs, so it's required. But that is a different situation.
